Unforgettable travel experience in Bali Island

After a long absence from this blog, I wrote back here about my travel journal and family to Bali. This was an unforgettable trip. I followed the family to Bali after completing my duty to teach. I arrived at Ngurah Rai Intl Airport at night, at 10pm, and went straight to the inn with a cab.
We stayed in the city of Denpasar, and the next morning we headed to Ubud area to pick up our colleagues who stay there. She stayed at Uma Sari Cottage, a beautiful cottage having a paddy field in front of people. Located in secluded and private area, Ubud, Bali The Uma Sari Cottage and Hotel is located very close from (within a 5 minute walk) from Ubud Market, Puri Saren and Museum Puri Lukisan (painting house), while Ibu Oka and Blanco Renaissance Museum can be reached in less than 20 minutes. The road to Ubud from the south passes a series of small towns which specialize in the production of particular arts and crafts, including Batubulan (stone carving), Celuk (jewelry), Batuan (painting), and Mas (wood carving).
After having breakfast at the hotel's restaurant, we went straight to the tourist village of Tenganan, pegringsingan area. The village is very compounded with Balinese culture. In front of the gate of the village we are greeted by the craftsmen who made the art of painting on palm leaves, and some merchants that offer snacks and drinks. Exoticism of Tenganan village can be seen in the form of the building is still using palm fiber roofs and wood as the main material. Communities in place so to preserve their local culture especially customs. Site plan established village with terrace patterns often. At the very top end of the place of worship is placed (pure), because the position of the upper-area is the most sacred place. Once pure, there is an open field, (court yard) are often used for children flying kites.
From the traditional village Tenganan, we headed to a Palace located in the southern area of Bali Island. it's a water castle, owned by one of famous Balinese kings I Gusti Djelantik. The palace is very beautiful, being in the midst of a vast pool, and has beautifully landscaped gardens. A masterpiece of a lot of artists and architects in Bali, whose called "undagi". In these places we also enjoy the view of the island of Bali through the ruins of tower heights of view.
